Exchange Policy

At Drapee, we strive to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. However, we understand that there may be instances when you need to exchange a product. Please read through our policy to ensure a smooth process:

1. Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations after this period.

Note: If you cancel your order, you will receive a credit note (wallet amount) for future purchases on our website. This credit note will be valid for a specified period.

2. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

3. Exchange Policy

We only offer exchange in the following cases:

  • Size issue
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received

📌 Important: We do not accept returns.

  • For every exchange request, you will need to pay ₹149 towards exchange shipping charges.
  • Exchange is allowed only once per order.
  • No cash refunds or credit notes will be provided.

4. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please reach out within 24 hours of receiving your product.

When unboxing your order, please record a video showing the entire unboxing process. The video should show the packaging clearly, with no edits or cuts, as you display each item one by one. Once you have this video, send it to us along with your request.

5. Exchange Policy for Offers

  • Free Item Exchanges: If you’ve received a free item as part of an offer (e.g., Buy 2 Get 1 Free, Buy 1 Get 1 Free), the free item must also be returned in its original condition for the exchange to be valid.
  • If the free item is not included, the exchange request will not be processed.

6. Wrong or Damaged Product

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you can request an exchange only.

  • Record the unboxing: Capture the full opening of the packaging, showing the products clearly along with the invoice.
  • Share the video with us within 4 working hours of receiving the product to initiate the exchange process.
  • Once the video is received, we will process your exchange within one week.
  • ₹149 exchange shipping charge applies to all exchanges, including wrong or damaged products.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or update this Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice. We recommend reviewing this policy before making any purchases.
